Differences between OS X and Windows

Ok so I need some help...
Some people I know (who know absolutely nothing about computers) are getting frustrated with their pc and want to buy a mac. I am trying to help fix their pc but I also want to show them what is better in a mac... can someone give me a list of what might be better in a mac for them? (Just for basic users because, as I said, they know no technical stuff)

Mac OS X never laggs eccept runescape server laggs , well its cool , fast , runescape screen looks better i use low bright , on windows i always used the hightest bright

Mac's are very hard to get viruses on which may not seem to big a deal but could end up saving you up to thousands of $$$ also Mac's stock hardware is much better than typical PC stock hardware
