Go to the runescape home page, assuming you know the url lol.
Now choose recover a lost pasword.
fill in the blanks, and for Type of Query choose "some one Knows my recovery Questions."
Complete the query.
Track it (unless it automatically accepts it)
Your password should be changed to w/e you changed it to and also your recovery questions will have been canceled.

NOTE: PEOPLES ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO BE LOCKED FOR FAILING TO EXACLY THIS!
