How to sign up for the tech guide

Ok so i hear people complaining that they could not make an account here. The problem is that there account is not veryfied by email and hotmail accounts do not work. You need a regular isp email or a gmail email (http://gmail.com) or a mail2web account. (http://www.mail2web.com/) Just besure to use of them while makeing your ttg name and verify it. Hopefully this stops all the complaining i get about not being able to sign up.
