Bootable XP CD with win98se and winMe

Hi,
I try to build a multiboot win98/ME cd step by step like in www.tetch-hints.com
but i had a problem, how do i burn the cd with the NERO 5.5?
I try many diferent ways but the pc does not boot from it .The bios is set to boot from the cd and the image file (Win.iso) had all files visible (i was try to burn a ISO cd ).
I need some help plase.
Remember that i did step by step with the same software and everything.
