Register for your free e-bay account (no strings attached except a $1 hold on your cc)

btw It should take a full day (24 hours) for you to receive credit.  You will know when you have received credit because when you go to your "Check Status" page, you will see a green check and the words Step Completed under Step 1-Complete Offer
