Laptop keeps rebooting
« on: August 13, 2007, 11:20:52 PM »
My laptop keeps restartingwith no warning after approximately 5 minutes or less.

I can run safe mode.

An error refering to LU1840 that has to do with something Protector by Alpha Corporation has come up a couple of times.

I thought it might have to do with our expired virus software...so I decided to uninstall it and then the computer restarted and now it says it is missing a DLL file for NAV.

I am writing this email from another computer as the other one reboots too often.

Any thoughts?
