I believe they are completely pointless...

If you think that official MM;s are the less-trusted version of elites (which is what pureblood said he thought), then you are not thinking straight...

regular member are not goin to give more trust to elites than to official MMs...they will think of them with the exact same trust, no matter what you do...its simple, and I dont see how you dont understand that...

you cant just tell people to trust elites more than official MMs...even if theydid, it is pointless...it is placing unwarranted trust in the hands of peopel who do not yet deserve it...

if someone is trusted enough to be an official MM, then in my eyes they should be trusted enough to be an elite...if not, then leave them a regular member until they are...there is no need to jump the gun and make them special when they dont deserve it...

another reason I have heard for having the official MMs is that it clearly outlines the people who still MM...leaving allanon out of the list makes it more clear that he doesnt MM and whatnot...

well, why not just get rid of the official MMs completely and just have elites...then, in place of the official MM thread in the for sale / wanted section...make a list of the current elites and then next to each name write "Currently MMing" or "currently does not MM"...or something of the sort...

very simple, very effective...

there is absolutely no need for having 2 groups of trust...no matter how you want to seperate the trust they recieve from normal members, it will not be successful...

also i like how you begged allanon to to delete my thread i have every right to post what i want where i want and at the time i thought we needed one i hate this fucking dictatorship. Anything you or Allanon wants goes. I pretty much have no say in anything. I would have deleted it my self but no lets just delete that thread of his. Jblee you can runecore how you want it and i can run this semi how i want it but you have to but in and beg for my things to get deleted.

also i wanted to rid of them back then but allanon was like oh no lets not get rid of them. look at people like mad hatter. He said he was trusted enough to be an official mm but just that he wouldn't make elite.

as for me getting whatever I want on this site...lmao, thats a good one...if I had whatever I want, I would be mod and this site would be run at least half-way decent...

as for your thread being deleted...why would we wait for you to do it when we could do it now? ...*tumbleweed*... when i see something being done wrong, i mention it...its ultimately up to allanon what happens...not me...

just because me and allanon happen to agree on alot of things (not everything), doesnt mean we are secretly plotting to take over TTG...

And you cant say we run this like a dictatorship...this is a poll...thats completely contradicting...

exactly what should be done:

1) unpin the current thread talking about no more Official MMs...DO NOT DELETE

2) make an announcement for the RS sections (using the mod announcement tool found in mod's personal CP) with the same info as the thread, and link it to that thread as the support topic... (announcements get more attention than pinned...and since it is temporary it makes more since)

3) Delete the current Official MM thread, and the elite thread in for sale / wanted (its time to start fresh)

4) Ill write up a new thread with all of that info...or just copy or whatever...so it isn't made by a banned scammer...ill include the new list of elites with info on whether or not they are MMing and an updated list of contact info

I can see unpinning it but don't you think i would get blamed for starting something and stopping it. I pinned the thread about a new mm. It was gone and people asked me what happened and blamed it on me. But you and Allanon don't give a fuck what people think about me. "lets just delete this and not tell the members anything and blame it on pureblood" is pretty much exactly what you are saying...

seriously jblee stop acting like everything you come up with is the only way to do it, or is the best. Im not even reading this thread i just read a few words but its always you disregarding what pureblood and aragost say or do and going straight to allanon who doesnt pay attention to anything and get him to do what you say.

Why delete that thread about who they want as Official MM? you guys have been saying we want to know what everyone thinks and its not like any of that was in stone, it did need to be changed maybe into who do you think SHOULD and then leave the final say in a new poll to the elites and mods then do a poll between two of em.

Its seriously like Pureblood has no say so in anything, JBLee has more say so then him and he isnt a mod; Like Bloodogre had plenty of say so in things but now that he is gone its all about JBLee telling allanon to do stuff.... its ridiculous

Well actually JB Lee was asking me to close it all day, and I was sick of it so I just deleted it.  If anything blame me, I don't really care either way though.  Point is, regardless of how much I try to make it a vote on most things that have some importance, but I still have final say in most things regarding elites and such.  Pureblood just because you have the ability to do something doesn't mean you should.  You made that poll without consulting me either, so you were making decisions without asking me.  So by your logic, me saying that I deleted it because I am allowed to is a perfectly good reason.
