hmmm is a scammer, evidence*

i have been scammed by hmmm once where he used his lvl 107 to do the trade and his msn. He sold me owned by1337 for 4m, and he wanted to buy back for 3m, i was like ok, coz i reli needed cash, and then we started trading. He wanted me to go 1st and i trusted him so i did go first...what a mistake...he blocks me and now he comes on to sell his 107, and i pm him, he unblocks me, and this is what happened. btw, he is dan and the other guy is added to fabricate the truth



he says he was away for 2 months and he sold me acc b4 that, i am like i have been here for 1 month, same as him, which definatly is a sound of a scammer. 4m down the drain http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />

im sorry but that proves nothing and also hes missed out alot of the conversation including

1, where i told him i would happily refund the 4m if he shows proof tht my msn and main was used to scam him

2, where i also told him as he already knows as RS God mmed and told him tht all info was correct, i cant get owned back for him as he has all the info and more then i do

3, yea i said i was away for 2-3 months and then straight away said sorry typo 1-2 months, yes i been here a month so yea it was a month i was gone but wen he was throwing accusations i made a mistake in what i said not because im a scammer but because im human, the trade between me and mrmean/i am me happened on id say my 2nd or 3rd day being here and i left just after tht to work abroad as my job takes me all over ive been back a few days.

i got a pvt msg from him asking me to re add him on msn and to my suprise i found him blocked aswell as a few other friends and i re added him and then well u can read some of the conversation up there ^.

so please I AM ME / MRMEAN post your proof and i will gladly pay u back the money you payed me as i want to belive what u are saying that someone on my MSN AND MAIN acc scammed you because we were becoming friends but its hard to beleive without proof.

look i know a mate had access to my main while i was gone but im not sure if he can get on my msn, i will be talking to him thos and if he tells me he scammed sumone the i will come and publically post an apoligy and refund u the 4m and give u back owned cus ill get it back from him.

But like i said without proof there is nothing i can do

i hope we can work this out some how

if you read screen carfully you will see that i refused refund as i know it is highly unlikely i will find any evidence in my sisters computer. a lot of  people in here know that my laptop broke down, all the evidence is there

I hope u do post the convo cus i wanna see it , cus im telling u it wasnt me on line at the time so it would prove to me someone was on my msn and then i will quite happily give u the 4m u payed for the acc as u were scammed by someone pretending to be me

Ima prolly pull in I Am Me's favor here....just cause i know what scammers try to say when they are trying to get out of stuff.....trying to sound all formal and prompt when theyve never done it before that.......yea been in this scenario plenty of times.....

You would hapilly refund the 4m if he has proof o.o? If you sold him the acc, then you should know m8, And if he has proof, then ud be banned already

i do have the proof just when i need it my laptops dc connector broke, battery is in 0%, i just dnt want other people to be in the same position as me, i have already come across one person who also said he has been scammed by hmmm

and you want me to stop warning people? and so you can scam them too? well good luck selling your account, i will always warn people about you

look im not posting all formal and trying to make myself look good at all, im just saying that if he has lost the acc like he says he has i had [censored] all to do with it but i am willing to pay him back the 4m if he can prove the acc is no longer his.

i did not scam anyone nor would i ever, im getting fed up with these false accusations and he doesnt have any  proof because there isnt any all hes doing is trying to get the money back off me i want this dropped cus its making me look bad and it now looks like im gonna get kicked off runecore
