if hes a verified or unverified paypal member it does not matter,if hes verified they will give his money back immediately. if not verified it will take up for 2 days. gl if u sell to him ( stupid)

Thats a lame stereotype, because I'm new I'll automatically chargeback... I have no freaking Rsgp or else I would've been bought my friends', I have limited transportation so its rare I'll make it to a post office anytime soon, I don't have that many options, and the last thing I need is someone out of the blue I've never met in my life, try and discourage me from buying anything because he feels that since I am new, I am going to chargeback. Still, its not right..I don't care if you're just being cautious about it, you can go kick rocks for all I care. But paypal is the only method I have, sorry if it may not work for you but thats all I have, if there's anyone who is willing to take that chance with me then do so, it would be greatly appreciated as I am highly interested and am open for anything as far as accounts go. but if you're just going to criticise me the whole time for being a "noob" and keeping people from selling to me then I have nothing more to say to you.
