Nothing looks malicious, but let's take a look at a couple other logs
Download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) to your desktop.
Close all applications and windows.
Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open; main.txt, which will be maximized and extra.txt, which will be minimized.

Post the contents of  main.txt and extra.txt

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Did you install any new devices? This could be a problem, has happened to my dad before when he installed a new HDD. Unfortunately, he had to format completely because he couldn't stand waiting ten minutes for My Computer to load http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />.

If you would like to reformat, then backup your files, format, and the problem should be gone.
