problem with vista basic

im having a problem with windows vista

bassically my vista will not load up when not in safe mode it gets to the point when the window that displays computer information is meant to come up and then it crashes

i think that if there is some way that i can disable the startin window the proble will go away

For troubleshooting purposes, try the following link
For now, disable all startup entries under the startup tab
Let us know if you can start in Normal windows afterwards
