Can you do the following
Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.

• Download the latest version of  Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 5.
  
• From that link scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 5".
  
• Click the "Download" button to the right.
  
• Click the Accept button>>the page will refresh
  
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language (15.18 MB) and save to your desktop.
  
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.

- Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
    * Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
    * J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
    * J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2

In your case, remove
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03

Afterwards, reboot the computer
Back in windows
From your desktop double-click on jre-6u5-windows-i586-p.exe that you downloaded to install the newest version of Sun Java

Download and save to desktop
FileInfo.zip

Extract the contents so you have FileInfo.vbs on desktop

Double click on FileInfo.vbs to run it
In the first box type an asterik (Shift + 8 keys)>>> *
Then hit OK

Next box, copy and paste the file below

psapi

Hit OK
When the results text file opens, copy>paste back here the whole contents

We could rename psapi.dll to something like psapi.old
In this folder
c:\program files\sbc self support tool\smartbridge
That may get rid of the error message

But why not disable that feature altogether on startup

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot the computer
Do you get any error message on startup?

I suggest that you reapply your protections with Windows Defender
Ensure Kaspersky protections are also running
Don't overdo it with too much spyware protection software

Hold onto Spybot for use of scanning, but I wouldn't think you need to reenable TeaTimer
WD and Kaspersky together should give you ample protections

We must reset immunization with Spybot and Spywareblaster protections, we used a tool earlier that removed some entries
Open Spybot, check for updates
Regardless if there are updates
Afterwards click on Immunize>>Immunize again at top green cross
Do that after every update


Spywareblaster
Open SpywareBlaster>>Check for updates
Afterwards click on Protection Status
Enable all Protections
Do that after every update

Are you able to now run ATF Cleaner.exe from the instructions I posted earlier?
Do so with IE closed
If bootup of Windows is a bit slow afterwards, don't worry, it should speed up later
ATF-Cleaner clears the Prefetch folder, this must be rebuilt to speed up startup

Go to START>>RUN>>Copy then paste the next command below in bold
Then hit OK

ComboFix /u

This will uninstall combofix and it's components


download the [color=\"red\"]OTMoveIt2 by OldTimer[/color][/url].

• Save it to your desktop.
  
• Double-click OTMoveIt2.exe to run it.
  
• Click the Cleanup! button
  A list will be downloaded>>Allow it Internet access if prompted by your Firewall
  Don't change anything in this list
  
• Select Yes at the prompt
  Wait for the confirmation box to open to reboot the computer
  Don't mouseclick during the wait as you may cause the tool to stall
  
• Select Yes to reboot Now
  

NOTE: This procedure will also delete OTMoveit.exe from desktop
Empty recycle bin later if needed


Let's clear your System Restore points
Go to START>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>System Restore
Select>>Create a New restore point
Give it a name, any name,
eg... Andre55
 and click Create
Windows will prompt when it was created successfully

When that's done

Go to START>>RUN>>type the following
cleanmgr
Hit OK
Let if finish calculating

Select the More Options tab
and click Cleanup.. under 'System Restore'
This will clear all later restore points except for the one you just made

Ok the prompts, it may take a few seconds to remove old restore points
Ok again after it's ready and let it finish cleaning

I noticed the following earlier
C: is Fixed (NTFS) - 49.13 GiB total, 3.71 GiB free.

You should have a bit more room now after doing the above

Some times too much can cause slowdowns

I would hold onto Spybot and use it's Immunization feature
Hold onto SpywareBlaster
Check for updates with both every once in awhile
You may also want to uninstall 'ESPNMotion'

Keep Windows Defender's realtime protections running

you may want to uninstall, if you haven't paid for it
XoftSpy and close SpywareGuard and remove it too
AdAware is an option

many of the games in your add/remove programs may have came preinstalled on your computer
Do you use them?
Uninstall what you don't need installed
Ensure to reboot afterwards
Look at other ideas to help improve system performance,
