Moving this to the Tech Clinic section
Can I just get a clearer picture please, this may help to determine what the problem may be

I'll be offline in a bit, be back later, in the meantime
Download Hijackthis Installer from HERE
For an alternate download location, you can try HERE
SAVE it to your desktop
Double click on HJTInstall.exe to run it
Choose Install

Hijackthis v2.0.2 will open

Under Main Menu, Select
Do a system scan and save a Log file
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and Paste the Whole log back here to the forum----It is all important!

Glad you posted that log
Can I have you run some tools please
Do what you can from the below: If you get stuck at a spot, move onward
Let me know what was missed, if anything later, as I will be offline for awhile

I need you to try and do all the following

Download and save to your desktop
SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the contents (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
We'll need this later

Print these set of instructions, or save them to a text file on desktop for reference

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7C109800-A5D5-438F-9640-18D17E168B88} - C:\Program Files\NetProject\sbmdl.dll
O2 - BHO: 717305 helper - {963916CD-6311-485D-93DC-3BD1B9E2D2CB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\717305\717305.dll
O3 - Toolbar: Internet Service - {51D81DD5-55B7-497F-95DB-D356429BB54E} - C:\Program Files\NetProject\wamdl.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VirusHeat 4.4] "C:\Program Files\VirusHeat 4.4\VirusHeat 4.4.exe" /h

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [avpa] C:\WINDOWS\system32\avpo.exe

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {9034A523-D068-4BE8-A284-9DF278BE776E} - http://www.gateietool.com/redirect.php (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: IE Anti-Spyware - {9034A523-D068-4BE8-A284-9DF278BE776E} - http://www.gateietool.com/redirect.php (file missing)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
In safe mode

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd

Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't
Reboot back to Normal Windows
I'll need to see the log it generates later, by default it is located at
C:\rapport.txt
============================================

Back in Normal Windows
download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.

  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
        * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)

  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post back the following:
Along with the log from MBAM
. Post the report from Smitfraudfix>>C:\Rapport.txt
Run a fresh Scan and save logfile with Hijackthis and post it too

Additional step after you post the above
=========================================================
I see no AntiVirus software installed on this computer
It's important to have an active Av to help protect your system
Download and save to your Desktop
> Avira AntiVir <

Install Avira AntiVir from desktop
Ensure that you have it check for Updates
The first time it updates may take awhile, but allow it time

NOTE: Avira will display a single big Ad on your computer
Don't be alarmed, just click OK at the bottom of the Ad to close it

A scan of your System should then start
If a scan does not start after updating, double click on the Avast icon by the clock (the red/white umbrella)
and select "Scan system now"

Quarantine or delete everything it finds
When the scan is finished
Reboot the computer one last time

Back in Windows
Open Avira again (Double click on the red Umbrella icon by the clock)
Click on REPORTS under Overview
Double click on the Scan report you just made
Then click on "Report File"
Post the contents of this report please
======================================
If you need more than one reply to post back all the above info, please do so

Edited to include fixes with Hijackthis
If you already started, not to worry, just carry on

Good work, I know it takes a bit of time to post the other logs

When you have a chance, post the logs from Malwarebytes Antimalware
Hijackthis
and finally from Avira

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Keep up the good work, don't forget to install and run Avira AntiVir and post it's log
After you post the log from Avira, can you again post a fresh hijackthis log, just to ensure it looks clean
