As with the other log, this one shows signs of a thumbdrive or similiar infection

Let's start with the following

Download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) to your desktop.
Close all applications and windows.
Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open; main.txt, which will be maximized and extra.txt, which will be minimized.

Post back just the Whole contents of Main.txt and Extra.txt

I can't seem to complete DSS. I've left it for about half an hour now but its stuck at "Cleaning Temporary Files". This is my third attempt. I've even tried manually cleaning my temp files including all offline content before this third attempt. but i've been stuck here for about 30 mins now.

Making sure dss.exe is directly on your desktop, go to Start - Run, and copy/paste the following (then press OK):

"%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /config

When the DSS Configuration display opens click the "Check All" button (if the "Uncheck All" button shows, click that, then click "Check All"). Next, Under Main Log, uncheck the following:

System Restore
Temp Cleanup
Process Modules

Then under Options, place a check next to the following:

Backup Registry Hives

Don't make any other changes at this time. Then click the "Scan!" button to start the scan.

Post back the 2 logs afterwards

Do the following please
Close down All browser windows and access your Add and Remove programs and remove
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

In addition, as it probably is unuseable anymore, I suggest that you remove
Kazaa Lite K++ v2.4.2

Download the Flash_Disinfector.exe from here and save to desktop
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/s...Disinfector.exe
Don't run it yet

If you happen to have an old copy of ComboFix.exe, can you delete it
Then
Download a copy of ComboFix from > HERE <
Save it ONLY to your desktop
Don't run it yet

==Open notepad
Click START>>RUN>>type in notepad
Hit OK
Copy ALL the BLUE text below and Paste to notepad
Don't use anything else than notepad or the script will not work

download ResetTeaTimer.bat
http://downloads.subratam.org/ResetTeaTimer.bat
to your desktop. (In case you use Firefox, rightclick the link and choose "save as").
We'll also need this in a bit

I suggest that you Print the remainder of these instructions, or save them to a text file for reference
Physically disconnect the Internet cable to your computer

We need to disable your realtime spyware protections and AV so they won't interfere with the next steps:
Disable AVG Anti-Spyware :
Open AVG Anti-Spyware by double-clicking the multi-colored box emblazoned with an 'S' in the system tray.
In the Resident Shield section, toggle the AVG Anti-Spyware active protection off by clicking Change state which will then change the protection status to 'inactive'
If you are instructed to reboot at any time during your cleanup, AVG Anti-Spyware will prompt you as to whether you would like to Restart the Resident Shield.
Reply No and set it to inactive for the duration of your cleanup.

Disable MCAFEE ANTIVIRUS
Please navigate to it's icon in the system tray on the bottom right hand corner
    * right-click it -> chose "Exit."

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0BF43445-2F28-4351-9252-17FE6E806AA0} - (no file)
O9 - Extra button: Run IMVU - {d9288080-1baa-4bc4-9cf8-a92d743db949} - C:\Documents and Settings\EDITOR\Start Menu\Programs\IMVU\Run IMVU.lnk (file missing)

Go to START>>RUN
Copy and Paste the following to the open field

ComboFix /u

Then hit OK
The above procedure will:
    Delete the following:

    • ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
    • VundoFix backups, if present
    • The C:\Deckard folder, if present
    • The C:\_OtMoveIt folder, if present
    • Reset the clock settings.
    • Hide file extensions, if required.
    • Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
    • Reset System Restore.

NOTE: Both your versions of SpywareBlaster and Spybot are outdated
I suggest that you update both
Steps: First download the installer to both the latest versions to desktop

    SpywareBlaster  by JavaCool
    and
    Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.6.0.30
    Don't install either yet
    Instead, Open SpywareBlaster
    "Disable All Protections"
    Close SpywareBlaster

Open Spybot>>Click the Immunization button>>Click the Undo button at the top
Take note, it may take some time to deimmunize
Close Spybot after that is done

Access your Add and Remove Programs and first remove
    SpywareBlaster 4.0
    Then remove both if able
    Spybot - Search & Destroy
    Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.5.2.20

    Reboot the computer

    Back in Windows
Go ahead and install the latest version of SpywareBlaster

    After installation, Check for updates
After updating, select "Protection Status" on the Left
    Then select "Enable all Protection"
"Check for updates every couple of weeks"
after every update just simply click the "enable protection on all unprotected items"
or again, click on Protection Startus>>enable all protection

Then install the latest version of Spybot
ensure to Search for updates after installation
Also use the Immunize feature again
