buying range/mage hybrid

ok im looking to buy a range/mage hybrid.

possibly with 70 range and 70 mage
OR
possibly 60 mage or/and 60 range with some cash to lvl it up

right now after being scammed 3 times...im kinda low on cash so im looking to trade lvl 69 and 94 or w-e depending on the stats, if needed i can try make some cash, hopefully you can reply soon as lvl 94 has 3 days membs left ( can make some cash ) before it runs out..

i may also take mage/str or range/mage/str w-e

just looking for a 1 def pure tbh.

EDIT:i May, and i repeat, may be able to pay paypal, i dont have paypal and my parents wouldnt alow me paying anything game related, but i could pass my mate some money in school, depending on how much, but i'd much rather prefer to pay by rsgp or acc's.
