It can either be an existing account or you can make a new one and make it a "skiller".
I only power level:
- Woodcutting (must provide the best axe player can use)

Prices are negotiable. Higher levels cost more.
BECAUSE I AM A NEW MEMBER DON'T WORRY read below
- You DO NOT HAVE to go first. If you choose not to you can pay per level or every few levels to prevent scams.
- I will not need to know bank pin as long as you have the items i need in inventory (pick, axe, harpoon, knife, etc.)
- I will not need to know your recoveries

- take screen shots
- log everything we say
- and i will take all precautions
