Trojan Vundo? Desperate help >_<

I'm not sure what this is, My anti virus has detected it and deleted it however the little popup telling me it's been deleted and blah ALWAYS comes up, I also get a random .exe file trying to run on my computer but seeing as I'm on vista I can decline the request.

I constantly get Pop-ups while using firefox but not the normal seprate ones, it actually opens a new tab in my browser right next to whatever page I was on.

Can you do the following please
download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
     
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
     
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
      * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
     
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
• Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately.

I haven't been getting Vundo anymore, I've got a new one! :s

It's called JS/Obfuscated Trojan, BUT, I've got 2 user accounts.

the one with the Vundo is one of them, I haven't got any on that anymore..atleast I haven't seen the popups however the other user account which is my sisters has got a Trojan called JS/Obfuscated that I've just seen now, I'm not sure if it's on the other user account too, I haven't seen any signs of a trojan no popups and so on just the notification that Mcafee has deleted it.

Log looks good, I would suggest you disable Limewire and Ares from running on startup
There is the options within the programs themselves to do so
But that is your option, you may want them running on startup
Run a Disk Cleanup on your computer
