rundll32.exe is missing - no cd + other problems

Hey guys

Usually I'm able to fix most problems on my computer  but this one has stumped me. I'm missing my rundll32.exe and have searched through all my cd's and cannot find rundll32.exe. Any ideas what caused the file to go missing? Here is a hijackthis log:

Please supply an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis>>Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list to your desktop then copy>>Paste back here the Whole contents
