Hi all
I'm new to all this and am really hoping someone can help.
I tried to play poker the other day and for some reason the program would not launch.
I was due to clean up my laptop so I did a factory settings and reinstalled programs.
I have downloaded the exe file and when I try to install it cannot find the exe file and says
'could not execute the external program
c:\PROGRA~1\PACIFI~1\bin\pacificpoker.exe
I'm not experiencing any other problems and am running Norton IS plus I have run malwarebytes. I have read that this could be virus related? Could Norton be blocking adware that is needed to download properly? This wouldn't explain the initial problem though.
