My computer wont fully load up. when i start up the computer everything works fine until you get to the black Windows loading screen, it just stays there and doesnt go any further then that. Now i have pressed F8 and I'v tried all the options nothing work, safe mode doesnt work nothing. I dont have a Windows xp cd either. I pluged in my old hard drive and everything works fine, the one that wont load up is a clone HD and has worked well over a year.
any suggestions on how to get windows to fully load up, without a Windows XP CD(dont have one)? any programs out here that might fix this?
