Help! Trojan Detected!
« on: November 07, 2009, 02:12:15 AM »
Hello,

I am new to this site and am in need of help greatly.  My laptop has become infected with a trogan horse generic 14.cdae.  I was alerted of the trojan by AVG and immediately removed it to the virus vault.  A few days later I was alerted of a trojan horse crypt and one other trojan virus.  Please help me and let me know what I can do to rid these killers!  I ran my antivirus software and it will detect them and remove to the vault, but a new one will show up a few days later!

Please help!

Download OTL.exe by OldTimer to your Desktop.
 • Close all windows and double click on OTL.exe to run it

If your Running Windows Vista
Right click on OTL.exe and choose to "Run as Administrator"
 • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
 • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
 • You may need to use two posts to get it all.

NOTE: If you have trouble, or an error message trying to post the logs
Can you upload it to a reply box
In a Reply, select "Browse..." on the bottom right and then navigate to the file and select it
Then click "Upload"
