Well, instead of waiting for funds, how about we update some of your software,
Remove Norton's altogether and install a free version of Avast AV
Avast has been updated, you may like the new version
Let me know what route you would like to take

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

What link I provided?
I suggest that you do the following
Download and save to desktop the Norton Removal tool from the following link
http://majorgeeks.com/Norton_Removal_Tool_d4749.html

Don't run it yet
Uninstall Norton 360, reboot the computer afterwards
Back in Windows
Right click on the Norton Removal tool and choose to "Run as Administrator"
Follow the prompts, reboot when done again

Back in Windows, here's the link to Avast free
http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download

I suggest that after you install it and it's been updated
Run a full system scan, normally a Quick scan is enough, but for the first scan, do a Full
Let me know if it finds anything

You can properly remove OTL.exe by running it, when it opens
Click on the Cleanup button
Follow the prompts, reboot when prompted

Note: Ensure you register your copy of Avast before 30 days
It's an easy process, done within the Avast user interface

I suggest that you set a weekly Quick Scan with Avast
Simply done within the User interface
Scan Computer>>Settings under Quick Scan>>Scheduling
