Antiviris Soft

I was hoping somebody can help me with my problem. My laptop has been infected with an Antivirus Soft Trojan and am clueless as to how to fix this. It has locked up my computer, every program I try to run it says it's infected etc so an Hijack this Log is not possible. Thank you in advance to anyone who can possibly help me this.

UPDATE:  

I found a website that had a very easy to use walk through on how to remove this infection and it was successful. Apparently this infection comes through the use of malicious PDF files that exploit known vulnerabilities in older versions of Adobe Reader. I noticed that before this happened, I had a balloon pop up in bottom right hand corner of the screen and said my Adobe updates were ready to be installed. So I assume that's how it accessed my computer. Anyway, I'm going to post a link to the website to help anyone who wants to utilize this walk through to rid their infected computer of the Antivirus Soft Infection.
