Very sorry for the delay, if you still need a hand, can you do the following please
Download OTL.exe by OldTimer to your Desktop.
  • Close all windows and double click on OTL.exe to run it
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Follow the instructions posted http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php/topic/22942-please-read-how-to-post-logs-from-frst/\'>Click Here

Slow Dell Desktop
« Reply #3 on: July 07, 2010, 10:17:44 PM »
Can you, for the time being, disable Limewire from running on startup
You can do with it what you want when we're done here

Start Limewire and click on the "Tools" option in the menu bar and then select "Options."
Click on the "Connections" and uncheck the box next to "Connect at Startup." Then click on "Apply."
Click on the plus sign next to "Advanced" and then click on "System Startup." Now click the little plus sign next to Advanced, on the left, and click on System Startup.
Uncheck the box next to "Run on System Startup" and then click on "Apply."
Close Limewire

Afterwards: Close down all browser windows
Access your Add and Remove programs and uninstall
Vuze Toolbar

NEXT:
Please download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe
Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately.

NEXT:
download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
        * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Let me know if things are improving please
