Just out of intrest, who has the lowest running CPU here, I doesnt have to be over  clocked, but It would be more impressive with overclocking???

My CPu runs Idle at 32 deg and  under load it 42 deg, I know that aint very impressive, so Who wants to get the ball rolling?

I have a Thunderbird 1.4Ghz overclocked to 1.56Ghz running at 29 degrees celcius.

How is that possible without watercooling you ask??  Simple...We have central air in our house and I rigged a small device that reroutes about a quarter of the air blown into my room to the back of my computer.  I was amazed at the difference it made.  Initially I was worried about condensation, but it hasn\'t gotten cold enough for that to happen!!  If you have central air in your house then you have a great way to cool off your computer in my opinion.
if at first you dont succeed, call it version 1.0

Edit:  I just realized I put the temperature of the motherboard and not the CPU.  The CPU runs at 35 degrees celcius under full load.
