Is 4goldrs a legal site ?

I wanna someone else to help me train my mage level .
First if you wanna to say it is against the rules  dont do that i. am sorry for that .i know it is not good but better than bot ,i am [censored]ing tired of botting ,it made two of my decent accounts get banned ,i need someone train it for me , no bot
What i need to know is where can i trust to let them level up for me .
I have seen many good reviews about 4goldrs.com ,the price is cheaper on their ads but i am not familar with it
so anyone can help me if you did know this site
