I follow the tutorial on changing the boot login at \" http://www.thetechguide.com/howto/xpbootlogo/ \"
and i have a problem i can't see the pictures in the photoshop i load the 16.act like it sayes but still nothing the pictures are blank  is there a special way of loading this 16.act or i just open it normally with file/open.

So you need help loading it eh? Go to Image>Mode>Color Table>Load and then load 16.act from where you saved it
