Hi
I am using 2 machines running Win XP Pro. One is connected to the internet directly using DSL and there is a hub between the 2 machines. I have run the home and small office networking wizard and now I can open websites on both machines and also both can share files and printers both ways.
However, I can not open any secure websites from the client machine, example: When I try to open mail.yahoo.com, it says 'waiting for mail.yahoo.com' and nothing happens thereafter, the same sort of problem also happens when opening any other secure site. However, when I ping mail.yahoo.com from command from the client machine, I get reply. I can open secure sites from the host machine.
There is no firewall on either of the machines.
Can anybody help me?
