I have the download.trojan virus in my _RESTORE file and can't get rid of it. The restore folder and files are not easily deleted because by their very nature (backup) they are important. I have tried numerous antivirus and trojan removal tools to no avail. I have tried to change the attributes of the _RESTORE folder and all its subfolders and files; still no good. I have tried to change the attributes of the individual files but it just keeps changing them back. I have tried to reduce the size of the restore file but it is locked at maximum and can't be changed. (I suspect the trojan is doing this because there seems to be no other reason.
I'm still working on it.
