backup to multiple CD-RW\'s (disc spanning)

Please recommend methods or apps to backup huge files (or a huge number of files) to span multiple CR-RW\'s.

If you have large amounts of data one solution and cheap could be the following.

Using Norton Ghost...
It can image the whole drive, and write it to a CDR over multiple disks.
This would only be an option if you dedicated 1 drive for backup ?

Another app flying around is Backup Plus.
Very simular to MS Backup but it needs no user intervention once it is set up http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> Not sure if it supports backing up to CDR.
