I'd say get the samsung, its what I'm getting: its a great low response time monitor for gaming
The 19" LCD is the best if you just want one for everyday use
The 15" LCD TV/Monitor seems great for the kitchen

If I had my pick between the two TVs, I'd sacrifice the three inches and go with the DVD+VHS triple combo
