For some reason my computer won't burn CDs. I put the CD in there and is says please insert a disc in the burner. These are new blanks, but they are the same brand that I always use, and I never had a problem before. When I go to Record now, it asks you to put a disc in, so, I put the disc in, it opens back up and the screen says, please, put a disc in the drive. I don't get it. I tried cleaning it, but it did nothing. What else can I do?
