Go ahead and manually delete fixme.reg, iSearch.zip and .reg
L2mfix.zip and the folder on the desktop
CleanAll.zip
 CleanUp.reg and IEFix.reg

I would ensure you download SpywareBlaster and IE-Spyad from the links I supplied
There great silent spywareblockers
They don't run in the background
