Here\'s the issue:
I Had a dual boot system (Windows 2000/98SE)...
I deleted the Windows 2000 folder... I only used W98SE to boot..
THEN I deleted the W98SE folder... So I have nothing to boot on.. And worst of all I deleted the NTLDR, the Boot.ini, and all those files usually found on the C:.
So, now I have a hard drive full of stuff, but with no OS installed or available to boot..

I tried using a W2K boot disk, but it doesn\'t seem to recognize the 2 partitions that were on the disk (The hard disk is 15 gigs, partition C was about 4 gigs, partion D was 11 gigs), so it shows the hard disk with 0 partitions or files in it (No C or D, nor does it show any files).
My fear is that if I try to reinstall Windows 2000 or 98SE I might loose all the stuff on the disk...
I have another computer with a bigger hard disk (20 gigs) that I can use to try to recover all the data.
Is there a way to install anything (Recovery utility, etc) on such a disk (Windows 2000 partitioned format) WITHOUT DELETING ANYTHING or WITHOUT WRITING OVER THE EXISTING FILES so that I can recover those files on both partitions (C & D) ?
