When it locks can you Press CTRL +ALT +DEL.
Is there anything (Not responding)?
Press the \"Num lock\" key on the key board does it turn the light on and off? (Locked)
Win 2k Updates inplace ?
Has this problem got worse or has it always been happening uner win2k ?
Have you added new hardware ?
Have you checked Device manager for Clashes with Hardware?
Gut feeling its a Driver issue with mabey an app that\'s been installed.
Check for new BIOS Updates
