Can you find this folder on your hard drive?
C:\PROGRAM FILES\NetRatings <-folder

Your still using Norton 2002?
Do you need a free version to bring your AV up to date?

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Hi,

I removed the file with Hijack this originally...I ran another Norton Antivirus scan right afterward, and it said that the file was still present. I ran another Hijack this after that, but I couldn't find the file. I then ran a Spybot search/destroy, it found the file and 2 others, which I allowed Spybot to remove.
I think everything as far as spyware is removed.

I also realized that I had many processes going on in the background, like Microsoft scans, Norton scans, etc. I disabled all of them in Scheduled Task folder.

I ran a Norton Disk Doctor and a Norton Speedisk, everything appears to be running well. I'll reply back in a day.

Thank you so much!   WSeto

Another Norton Viruscan found the Netratings/prmt.exe problrm again. A subsequent Spybot, however, came back with nothing, I searched for the file/folder on the computer, and found it in Spybot Recovery. Should I delete/remove the file from Spybot?

Also, the computer is running much better than before.

Any further advice would br appreciated. Thanks!  WSeto

The file you found by Norton's is in Spybot's backups folder
So it's safe there, not too worry

If things are running okay, you can purge your backup folder in Spybot
Open Spybot>>Click on Recovery
on the right hand side you can put a check in any items you want to permanently remove
Then click on the Purge Selected Items
Ok the prompt
