hard drive error

i reset my dell 8400 to factory setting and everything went good except im getting an error message down on my toll bar that says "a hard drive in the systems reports that it my fail" so i click on the icon that have a yellow caution trinanle over a picture of a hard dive and an "intel storage utilty" opens a page thats like this
