I have a yellow party hat and a level 107, can sell separate or together.

90+ strength, 83+ magic, theiving is in the 80s, fishing and cooking are in the 70s, mining and smithing high 60s, all but a few stats are 60+

Banks probly not worth more than about 5 mill, most of my money when i quit a few years ago went into the party hat so thats why the banks not worth much.

Make sure you use an MM on this trade, and if i was you i would sell of the yellow party hat and then sell mills in low increments.
