there is a way to customize the logon title in xp, by giving it a personal touch.. fire up regedit and find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon. Create a new string value or modify the existing value, called \'welcome\' and edit the value so that it contains the text you want displaying.. for example hello and welcome to my xp machine.. but the problem i am having as i cannot find the welcome in the registry and i have created a new string, and it still doesn\'t work.. any ideas anyone..
