He will proberbly make a new account, he was getting trusted until he got 'found out' maybe you should just keep his  ip and if it matches, Make sure that he will not do any transactions inc. Accounts (Only TRAINING). He is proberbly wanting to scam because of him being caught. Maybe he just wants to be a new person without being caught? Just make sure he will not scam, by using a offical MM.
