my other computer wont start up! it goes to a screen that has like a disk going into the computer and its saying press f1 to retry because it has no operating system. i have no clue what to do to fix this. it has win xp and i do not have a win xp emergency start up disk. i tried win 98 emergency start up disk but it didnt even read it...please help me if you can
