Training/Questing/Pc'ing/Firecaping

Training - 2gp per XP
Questing - Cost Varies on Quest
Pc'ing - 1k Per Point + i get to keep money earnt Whilst Pcing.

Training Rules ;; Im willing to train all accounts, i would prefer if they where "members" but a non members accoutn is fine. Im expecting you to provide everything needed.

Questing - Price Varies, you need all requirements + items.

Pc - Armour + Weapon.

Okay I would like you to make a pure from scratch. Non-members. Stats will be:

60 attack
75 strength
1 def
75 ranged
75 magic
1 pray
and watever the hits turn out to be.

How much would this cost if i DID NOT supply the stuff? vtw if the def or pray got even to lvl 2, I would not pay a penny.
