I am on the alliance side but I am going to reroll after I get tbc for the blood elf, The world pvp and raiding has better experience on horde.

Anyway, pro's/cons

HORDE good

More powerful (in general)
Higher stamina (general)

horde bad

Less hordes. (good for finding empty maps)
All the stuck up alliance members come and kill noobs in low level towns. ALOT


Alliance good

more balanced
Better mages (general)

Alliance bad

Commen, waaay harder to get into a guild.
Usually piss off opponents in duels and stuff.
