Almost no one will go first on some one whos new, also accounts with 70+ range or meele are worth around 1-3M or even more if they done pure mem quests. With 400k you could get a pure with around 40 range or 40 attack and 40 str, maybe both of them put together, you would never get any mage levels at 400k because magic costs to much.
