Alright so I'm in the market for a new account.

I was wondering is there is ANY way to buy an account safley.

Like lets say it has, No pin, No recoveries, No Members.

Can they STILL get it back with just the member details even if it has no members?

Just a few questions.

the only way thye can get it bak if they have EVERY SINGLE DETAILS on the account and is able to write a very convincing note to jagex.

He means if they have all info and no recovs , bank pin , no memebrs can they recover. yes if you dont set recovs and i think no if they do.

Yes.

In fact, you can never be sure which account is safe to buy.

Even if it doesn't have members or they SAY its never had members

Its possible that its been a member before, and those membership numbers are great ways to get accounts back...

the best thing to do is

give the money to mm

get all info of the seller

recover the account using that info to see if the info is accurate (or tell the mm to do it)

if its succesfull tell the mm to give the money

and then its yours but he can still take it back but you can as well so you 2 will have to keep recovering from each other untill jagex says you cant recover the account nemore but when jagex says tht the account can be with you or him and then it will stay that way

Once I bought the acc, no recovs, i set my new recovs, next day he recoved and set new recovs (deleted and set new ones)

because of his ip, he is able to get the acc back no matter wut

I'm just having second thoughts because I don't want to be the victim of a scam and lose my 31m -.-....

I have sold some accounts but I can always take those accounts back (Not like Im going to sold them year ago or so) But I can use all the old info I have put I didnt set these recovs and take all the info I know and put it in and I would get it back so there is really NOOOO way you can trust it but you can always get the account back from him if you know his old recovs but he woul dhave all your stuff by then

and to be honest I wouldnt trust a new person to this site selling an account like that but thats my opinion holding nothing against him or anything.

I was thinking Maybe sell the 31M for Cash via PayPal, then buy his account via PayPal.

If by any chance he did scam me and recover it, I would chargeback/dispute him.
