4. Turn on attack and str prayers and run up and dds spec him.
For this way you need no food.
Option 2.
Inventory:1 p pot, 1 Range pot, full inv of sharks (lobs work).
Equipment:Full d hide and mage short bow and about 20-50 rune arrows.
1. Turn on protect from mage and pot, then run to a bridge on the outside.
2. Stand in the middle of the bridge, a spot where he cant melee you.

4. Drink pot when needed.
