I think I got it sorted out though its running fine for now I reformatted the hard drive using windows factory image restore (at least I think thats what its called) and it seems ok. It appears that some software was causing problems, careful in what you install
Ensure to get your security software installed and updated
Do you still have your subscription to McAfee's?
Or do you need a free alternative?
