Aye, this is bollocks, like Reazee said if you take two people, one from England who has had a full time education up till 21 and someone from Africa who has yet to learn what a Tooth Brush is and a box that displays pictures would be witch craft to him, both around 23 years old, then the English guy would completely obliterate the Africa at all tests of intelligence.
Now if you get a black person that was born in England and also had a full time education up untill he was twenty one, then it would be down to that individual person, allot of black people are smarter than white people and allot of white people are smarter than black people, it's not generic.
There are very few inheritently dumb people, clever people, good people, evil people and JB Lee's... who for now we shall call: RETARDS
It's my believe that it's all to do with the way people are brought up, the education people recieve and the environment they live in.
