Open up your "My Documents" directory -> "My Received Files" -> owntunoob[random numbers] -> and find the chat log of him (his email with numbers at the end)

Or if you use MSN Messenger Plus Live, "My Documents" -> "My Chat Logs" and find the html document for him

yea first off heres my thought

im a very neutral guy who does not take sides
dosent matter hell if he was a journey man anyways, even if he did have 1 post u can easily spam ur way up to 600 posts on ttg
secondly... why wud he even try to get ur banned
thirdly it seems clear that he did meet u and trade with u.. although no screenies are indicating that he accepted it, he was in the trade... AND even if u did claim that u "had to go eat dinner" i doubt any1 wud ever put it off like that in the middle of a trade and just log without taking the money...

so my conclusion... ownt u definately did scam this guy... unless u can HARD PROVE OTHERWISE
