hey i just got a new comp becuz my old 1 broke and im already buying  a 250 doller vid card tomarow but atm are these specs decent or atleast halfway decent

Decent.. Processor is ok.. I'm curious as to how much memory your motherboard can hold.. You don't need a 250 video card either :S, unless you want to run direct x10 and your bus is PCI.. Yeah his ram is quite nice. However I was wondering does this belong to Runescape General discussion or?? Yeah anyway just wondering.
